Lago de Sanabria, Castille y Leon, Spain

The Lago de Sanabria is a Natural Park (Parque Natural) located in the mountainous area of Sierra Segundera and Sierra de la Cabrera in Castille y Leon. It occupies a surface area of 22,365 hectares with heights ranging from 3270 feet at the lake banks to the 6968 feet peak of Peña Trevinca.
The 318 hectares lake that gives the name to the park is the largest glacial lake of Iberian Peninsula.
