Height: Sail Gharbh 2650 feet, Sail Ghorm 2545 feet and Spidean Coinich 2507 feet.

Quinag is a "Y" shaped mountain mass that fills the area north of Loch Assynt and south of Loch a Chairn Bhain at Kylesku.
